Unit 5 Look at me!(Period 1

  Teaching contents:

  Story time

  Teaching aims and learning objectives:

    1 学生能听懂、会读、会说T-shirtskirt, cap.

    2 学生能听懂、会读、会说日常交际用语Look at my …It’s nice. How nice! It’s great. Look at me! Great!

    3.学生能正确地理解并朗读对话。

    4.  学生能在老师的引导和帮助下完成人偶的衣服搭配和制作。

  Focus of the lesson and predicted area of difficulty

    教学重点:学生能正确地理解并朗读对话,在教师的引导和帮助下尝试表演对话。

    教学难点:学生能初步运用本课所学的词汇和日常交际用语谈论自己的衣物并相互做出适当的评价。

   

  Teaching procedures教学过程

  Step1. Free talk

  T:  Good afternoon, boys and girls.

  Ss:  Good afternoon, teacher.

  T:  You have some friends, right? Can you say sth about your friend? For example: … (教师先做个示范, PPT打出所用句型 This is. He’s/ She’s my friend.)

  )  Who wants to have a try?

  Step2. Presentation and practice

  1. Lead in

  T:  Boys and girls, now look at the blackboard, I’ll draw my friend on the blackboard, you can guess, who is she?

  在黑板上边画边说 Look at her hair/eyes/nouse/mouth/glasses.

  T:  OK. Who is she?

  Ss:  YangLing.

  学生说对,老师说Great!(教great,小组齐读,手势表示)

  T:  Yes, great! Look at YangLing, is she happy?

  Ss:  Yes.

  T:  Why? You can discuss in your group first, for this question, you can speak Chinese.

  Ss 1 2 3

  T:  Now, let’s watch a cartoon to find out.

  看卡通

  T:  YangLing is happy, because she has many nice clothes.(nice)

  Ss:  Nice.(齐读,小组读)教师检查小组中1号,再由1号检查其他组员发音。

  T:  There are many nice clothes on your desk, too. If you give me a good answer, you can get one for your group. You can put it in your wardrobe.

  2. New words

  T:  Do you remember what clothes YangLing try in the cartoon? Now let’s watch it again.

  Show the pictures of the clothes, circle the clothes that YangLing had tried.

  At the same time show the new words of these clothes, T-shirt, skirt, cap, jacket. 带读新单词。

  (请小组内已经会读的同学展开组内教学,然后教师检查学生读的是否正确,发音不准的再着重教,请一个组员检查其他组员。)

  T:  How does YangLing say about her clothes?

  出示杨玲穿T-shirt的图片,出句子Look at my T-shirt.和这句话的录音,学生跟读。

  同样的方法,skirtcap,出图,出句子,录音,跟读。

  3. The way to praise

  T:  Each time YangLing puts on something new, her mother always praises her. How does YangLing’s mother praise her clothes? Please listen to the tape.

  For student No.1, you’ll listen to her mother’s comment on the T-shirt.

  (PPT打出详细的规则,几号同学听什么评论)

  T:  Ok, when YangLing puts on a T-shirt, what does her mother say?

  S1&2:  Nice.

  T:  Good.(PPT出示杨玲和妈妈的对话)

  T:  What about the skirt

  S3:  How nice!

  TWhat about the cap?

  S4:  Great

  TAt last, what does the mother comment YangLing’s clothes

  S5It’s great. (PPT声音插入,怕学生听不出来,再听一遍。)

  4. Read the story

  T: Now it’s reading time. Let’s read sentence by sentence.提醒学生注意语音语调

  A, 分句跟读

  T: This time you can read in your group.

  B,小组内分角色朗读:

  Reading tips:1.有不懂的可以求助组员或老师;2.注意朗读时的语气表达。

  要求:先个人读,小组内互相帮助,有问题求助组员或老师。

  再分角色读,发音正确★,语言流畅★,朗读有感情★.(体现分层评价).反馈一到两组.

  If you can read the dialoge correctly,one star for you. If you read the dialoge fluently, two stars for you. If you can read with your emotion, three stars.

  C, 齐读

  Step3. Consolidation

  1. T: I have a doll. And now I want to make it nice. Who can help me?(师生示范一组,让学生知道给玩偶穿衣时需要用的句型Look at the ... Is it nice? 与教师配合师范的学生拿起来某件不好看的服装时,教师说:It's not nice.

  PPT打出rules

  (1)从衣橱拿出衣服Look at this,,, 其他组员评论:It’s nice./It’s not nice.

  (2)贴衣服

  (3)展示人物,根据人物特征,模仿其声音。

  (4)其他组同学给予评价。接龙评价,一组评二组,二组评三组……

  当学生说到没学过的服装类词汇时,教师及时板书。

  2. Know more:当我们评价别人的服装时,还可以这样说:

  (1) It’s smart.

  (2) It’s pretty.

  (3) How pretty!

  (4) It’s funny.

  …

  Step4. Homework

  1听磁带跟读并熟背课文.

  2你还知道哪些服装的英文表达呢?上网查一查吧,下节课我们来互相交流. ★★

  3给你的爸爸妈妈设计好看的服装搭配,并用英语说一说. ★★★
