　　2. 能听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语There are a lot of signs here. They mean different things. Keep off the grass. Be quiet.

　　T: (PPT 1 显示课题) Hello, boys and girls. Nice to meet you, again.

　　T: today we ‘ll learn a new unit. Unit 5  The seasons (出示ppt). Well, How many seasons are there in a year?

　　Ss:There are four seasons.

　　T:Look at the pictures. Are they beautiful? Yes. They’re spring, summer, autumn and winter. (出示ppt).

　　Now, let’s learn the new words : season(带读)

　　Step 2 Presentation

　　T:What season is it?

　　Ss:It’s spring(出图)

　　T:What’s the weather like in spring?带读问句

　　Ss:It’s warm. It’s usually…（ppt出示单词，教weather, warm）

　　T:同法教授其余三个季节

　　T: OK. Look at the pictures and read after me the four seasons. They’re (ppt出示幻灯片) spring, summer, autumn and winter.

　　T:which season do you like best?

　　Ss: I like …best.

　　T: Why?带读。

　　Ss:Because it’s hot . I can go swimming. 

　　T:Now talk in pairs.

　　T:We are talking about the seasons. OK. Look at the two students, they are talking about the seasons, too. Why are they talking about ? Now please read this part and answer my questions: (PPT 7  出现前言)

　　T:Su Yang’s dad is going to New York, so she’s asking Ben some questions about the weather there.

　　This time, let’s listen and try to fill in the blankets.听录音，完成前言、跟读前言

　　T: 　What’s the weather like in different seasons in New York? Please watch the cartoon.\

　　T: Are you clear? What’s the weather like in summer in New York?

　　Ss: It's usually very hot, as hot as in Nanjing.

　　T:Now let’s read　 (带读ppt句子)

　　T: What’s the weather like in autumn in New York?纽约秋天的天气如何呢？ Listen!  

　　Ss: It's the best season in New York. It’s cool and usually sunny. Sometimes it’s windy.People like to go to farms in the countryside and pick apples.

　　T: What’s the weather like in spring in New York? 纽约春天的天气如何呢？  Listen!

　　Ss:It often rains there in spring. It’s warm most of the time. New York is very beautiful in spring.
