五、教学过程

Step 1 Warm up

Enjoy a song 《Where is it?》

(Let the students do “on、in、under” with the hands)

Step 2  Free talk

T: Hello, I’m Miss Jin. What’s your name?

S: I’m …

T: Nice to meet you , …

Ss: Nice to meet you , Miss Jin.

Step 3 Learning target

Today, We’ll learn the new words about home、sofa、come、kitchen、bedroom and living room. We can read the story,act the story and recite the story. Come on!

Step 4 Fun time.

T: When you see a picture,speak English. When you see a word,spell it. When you see a phrase or a sentence,read loudly. When you see a bomb,stand up,clap your hands and say “Bomb”. Ready? Go!

Step 5 Presentation.

  1. (Fun time最后一张:home)

    Teach: home

    (show picture)T: Whose home is it ?

    S: It’s Su hai and Su Yang’s home.(师引导说完整) 张贴人物板书

    T: Yes, they’re moving into a new home

    Teach: new home.

    揭题:Today,we’ll learn Unit 5 Our new home.

  2. T: What can you see in the new house?

    S: a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a study

    T teach the new words.

  3. T: Look, where are Su Hai and SuYang?

    S: They’re in the living room.

    T: What are Su Hai and Su Yang doing? Watch the cartoon and choose.

    A: They’re cleaning the new house.

    B: They’re looking for their things.(√)

  4. T: Su Hai and Su Yang are looking for their things,What are they looking for?Listen and circle.

    Circle: a bag   two skirts   a cap —— T: What colour is it? S: It’s white.

    T: They’re looking for a bag, skirts, and a cap.(板书张贴)

  5. T: Where are their things? Please open the books, read and find. Try to match the peple and the things, then find out where the things are.

    1) Choose the character

    2) find the things in order

    3) use the sentences to say

    A: I’m... Where is/are...?

    B: It’s/They’re...

    First read by yourselves, then talk with your partner.

  6. T: Let’s fill in the blanks and then chant.

    Where is the bag?     It’s in the bedroom.

    Where are the skirts?  They’re in the living room.

    Where is the cap?     Come and look!

    It’s in the kitchen!      Woof! Woof! Woof!

  7. T: Now, we know “Where are their things?”(板书张贴位置)

    Let’s read after the tape. Pay attention to the stress and intonation (rising tone and falling tone).

    (Picture 4) Look at the picture, where’s the white cap?

    S: It’s in the dog’s mouth.

    T: It’s so funny. How does Su Hai say?

    Teach: come and look过来看看

    T: How does Su Hai feel when she sees the cap is in the dog’s mouth?

    引:Surprised! Funny!

    T: Let’s tell Su Yang “Where’s her white cap ?” with surprised and funny together.
